1. Information We Collect
To provide a fully functioning Point of Sale system, the Application may collect the following types of information:
A. Personal Data
- Account Credentials: Email address, phone number, and password for authentication (provided via Firebase Auth).
- Business Details: Business name, tax registration numbers, and addresses.
- Staff/User Data: Name, role, email, and pin codes for managing staff access within the POS.
B. Transactional and Catalog Data
- Catalog details (products, categories, prices).
- Sale transactions (items purchased, totals, date/time of transactions, payment types).
- Inventory levels and movement history.
C. Device and Hardware Data
- Printer & Scanner Configuration: Local IP addresses, Bluetooth IDs, or USB details of connected hardware devices (receipt printers, barcode scanners).
- System Logs & Error Reports: Device model, operating system version, and system event details captured when submitting support tickets or troubleshooting errors.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: Authenticate users, process transactions, sync local data, and manage multi-tenant environments.
- To Improve the Application: Resolve technical issues, optimize tablet/web layouts, and fix bugs reported via issue logs.
- To Support Customers: Troubleshoot hardware connection errors (like ESC/POS printing failures) and handle support incidents.
- Security & Compliance: Secure POS operations, manage audit logs, and prevent fraudulent activity.
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Offline Storage: The App uses secure local caching (Hive/Isar) to support offline transactions. This data is cached on your device.
- Cloud Storage: Live and synchronized data is hosted securely via Google Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, and Storage).
- Retention: We retain personal and transactional data for as long as your tenant account is active, or as required by law. If a tenant account is archived, data is permanently purged after 30 days in accordance with our retention policy.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following scenarios:
- With Service Providers: Trusted hosting providers (Google Firebase) who assist in running our cloud database and user authentication.
- For Legal Reasons: To comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, or protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Security of Your Data
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your data, including encrypted database transmission and secure authentication tokens. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
